Ok but legs too skinny for the coat
by: Anonymous

H. Huntsman and sons, the best tailor at Savile row always make their coats longer than most others. The suit is fine but the pants legs are too skinny for the coat. Overall it is OK

Too Big, again.
by: London Tailor

Why are people alwyays wearing suits that are too big? Sorry, mate, but this is too big for you. This is directed at people in general, not your good self, as yours looks considerably better than most;
There are certain "rights" and "wrongs" when it comes to acquiring a suit; these are neither negotiable nor debatable - elementary aspects such as size are the first port of call; the jacket hem should land just at the lower curve of the buttock, the collar should sit below the peak of the shirt collar, the cuffs should leave about 1" of shirt cuff showing and there should ne neither gape, nor buckling when fastened.It isn't down to personal preference; if you wish to be correctly dressed and ignore this, you may as well wear the trousers on your head and tie the arms of the jacket around your waist. As I said, this is NOT directed at the gentleman in the picture.
