Cheap suits can be found in many places: going out of business sales, consignment shops, the internet, as suit rentals, etc....

Waiting for your local store to have a mens suit sale can be a good alternative for somebody that already has suits and doesn't care when they get a new one. This is not a viable alternative if your looking to pick up some cheap suits now or in the immediate future.

Another option is to go to a consignment shop. These stores offer quality used suits at a reasonable price. If you are lucky enough to find a suit your size, a consignment shop can be a great place to get your next suit.

Sierra Trading Post is essentially an online mall. This company sells higher end suits at much lower prices than you would find in a local retail store. Currently they are having a sale which saves you 10% off your purchase.

Jos A Bank is another great place to find a reasonably priced suit. This company specializes in mid range suits and even has a feature that lets you design your own suit.

The Saville Row Company is based out of London and provides a more sophisticated look. I personally prefer to buy my dress shirts from them, as they usually have sales for people willing to buy in bulk.

Although I have never had the pleasure of doing business with WestPort Big And Tall, I've heard so many positive stories about this company that I think it is worth mentioning. Larger men should have no problem finding their size on this website.
