Looking Great for the Date

I am wearing a suit that I bought from K&G. It's a great place to get a nice looking, cheap suit. They have great deals, like a suit for $100.

I took advantage of that deal with this suit. I am wearing a black suit with a white long sleeved dress shirt and a red tie.

I have bought suits here before and the advantage is that I like to buy new suits and get rid of the old quite often. So, I do not want to pay a whole lot for my suits, but I want to look great. I think I accomplished this in my picture.

The major disadvantage with this suit and others I've bought from this store is that at any big event, you will most likely run into another gent wearing the SAME suit!

I have worn this suit on nights out with my wife, to church, to funerals, and to weddings. It works for them all. I just usually have to change my accessories up a bit to fit the occasion.

Just a little tip, try to match your accessories to what your date is wearing, I got in trouble this particular night for not matching her.

The suit is cut pretty well to be $100, but the fact that it is $100 speaks for itself. You can't tell from the picture but I'm guessing this is a polyester blend suit? The problem is that on nights of functions, dinner, etc. people who know their suits can see immediately that this is a $100 suit. Try to find suits that are as close to wool as possible - as these tend to wrinkle less and last longer. The tailor (if you had it tailored) did a good job judging from the picture. Also, try to compliment suit and tie - mix it up. For instance: A patterned suit with a plain shirt and patterned tie. Or opposite: A plain suit (yours) with a patterned shirt and plain tie. You always want the tie and suit to feed off of each other. Don't do plain, plain, plain or crazy, crazy, crazy. Good overall though!
